Interactive Designer
The Interactive Designer will be involved in the creation, design of online Dell projects conception through launch. Interactive Designers are responsible for maintaining the brand standard for each project in conjunction with other team members, helping create best in class solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with designers to determine page layouts that retain user focus
• Creating client-appropriate, cutting edge designs for projects
• Extensive Knowledge of design tools
• Able to archive/organize work
• Able to follow/expand naming conventions
• Work within an established design system.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of design tools — Strong proficiency with Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3 (Flash and Dreamweaver skills a plus)
• Familiarity with HTML and the constraints involved in producing graphics for the web and other interactive media
• Ability to follow existing identity standards
• Able to follow site navigation/architecture
• Understands principles of user experience design
• Ability to collaborate with other designers on one solution
• Able to impart knowledge/train others
• Able to manage time
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• 5+ years interaction design experience as well as working experience on Fortune 500 brand sites
• Must provide online portfolio with resume (in English)
