Dell Brazil is looking for a Social Media Regional Coordinator fluent in Spanish
The Social Media Regional Coordinator (RC) is a local satellite function for the larger Command Center.
This role is responsible for monitoring broad local language social media discussions, set up new users, ensure compliance of those users to Dell defined standards, & maintain weekly reporting.
The RC will coordinate containment of potential high severity issues by assessing severity & appropriate course of action regarding the issues.
The RC will distribute & assign ownership of various issues to key depts., teams, & responders.
The RC will be responsible for covering key local languages across the regions & be expected to have strong relationships with business partners in order to hold teams accountable to resolution. When high risk issues arise, the RC will pinpoint appropriate owners & facilitate task team to define immediate customer response, root cause problem identification, & close loop corrective action.
The RC will also be expected to identify opportunities where Dell can engage in meaningful conversations with our customers.
This role requires comfort with ambiguity & proactive ownership.
The RC has an advantage of hearing potential media, support, supply chain issues that could negatively impact Dell’s brand & must react appropriately to ensure effective management of Dell’s response.
The RC will be expected to create relevant analytics and reporting by working with local teams & 3rd party vendors.
It will be critical that the RC creates strong synergies w/ the broader Command Center, as well as the local influencers across the regional teams for the languages they support.
Complexities involve working with multiple cross-functional partners & regions to align on actions;
Effectively influence groups that are outside of NPS to ensure customers are put first & actions are driving better Dell experience;
Recognizing potential severe issues to quickly institute mitigation strategies;
Tools include, but are not limited to: Radian 6 , Google advanced search, IPS reporting tool ;
Analytical competency required to identify trends & relevant scorecards. Expectation is that you are able to run your day to day business with limited direction. Management is accessible & available to help drive direction, support challenging/complex situations, & break thru barriers. However, the analyst should understand key requirements & know how to prioritize, when to escalate, & how to represent the team appropriately.
The role will facilitate critical feedback to the Global business in current CE trends, process breaks, and cross-functional needs that are identified
Qualifications
The role will require and develop a strong analytical & process mgmt skillset. You will be required to influence & interact with teams that won’t report to you, as well as individuals at grade levels higher than yours. The role will need to have strong process & teaming skills. Working with Global cross-functional partners across several segments will be required as well. Ability to understand magnitude and reach of Social Media; explain engineering concepts to non engineering teams and vice-verse Strong process mgmt skills are a must. Experience with social media platforms is preferred, but not required. (Twitter, Dell Community Forum, Facebook, etc.)
Every candidate must have strong English and Spanish speaking skills.
